Contract duration: Permanent (Hybrid working model)

Responsibilities:
-Advising on technology-related and data protection matters as part of a Commercial Technology team in a large technology practice
-Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for international clients in the IT, telecoms, IP, financial services, life sciences, energy, and e-commerce sectors
-Advising international clients in relation to issues such as:
Commercial contracts
Data protection
Cyber Security
Licensing
Systems Implementation and Development
Outsourcing and cloud services
e-Commerce
Intellectual property
The Person:
- -You are a qualified solicitor/lawyer
- -You have 5+ years PQE gained in a large or medium-sized firm
- -You have excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- -You have proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients
- -You are confident in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs
- -You have proven ability to deliver high quality work outputs
- -You have a flexible approach to work
- -You have the ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure
- -You have the ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
