Our Employment & Benefits lawyers advise on employment law and on the specialist areas of corporate immigration and health and safety.

The Role:

The position will primarily focus on employment issues in commercial transactions and general employment advisory work. We act for some of the leading employers in Ireland across a wide range of industries and sectors and the role will offer the opportunity to work on;

  • Employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
  • Employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts.
  • General day to day employment advice.

The Person

  • You have an excellent academic background.
  • You have no less than 5 years' experience practising employment law.
  • You have good exposure to corporate support work.
  • You have a high level of commercial awareness.
  • You have a very strong technical and drafting ability.
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met. You have an ability to work as part of a team and show a high level of initiative.
