About us

We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Associate for our Aviation group with a primary focus on aircraft finance and leasing transactions, but the successful candidate may also be required to assist on general banking matters and capital market transactions. Banking experience is essential, and candidates must be able to demonstrate good experience in acting on behalf of banks and borrowers and a proven ability to manage transactions. Aviation-related experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.

Our Aviation Group is acknowledged as a leader in the Irish market and advises banks, airlines, leasing companies, manufacturers, export credit agencies, funds, arrangers and lenders on a number of domestic and cross-border transportation, asset finance, including securitisations of aircraft lease portfolios and the establishment of aircraft leasing and joint venture companies in Ireland.

The Person:

  • -You are at least 1 PQE
  • -You have relevant post-qualification experience with a medium or large firm
  • -You have an excellent academic background
  • -You possess excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with a good eye for detail
  • -You have a track record of excellence in client service
  • -You have a high level of commercial awareness
  • -You are a strong communicator
  • -You are deadline driven and can manage competing tasks
  • -You have a strong work ethic, a flexible approach to work and the willingness and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
