Summary:

 

The HR Operations and PA (Personal Assistants) Services Manager plays a key role in managing and optimising both HR operations and PA services.

The role combines strategic leadership, process optimisation, and a deep understanding of human resources to drive organisational excellence in people management and PA services. As the HR Operations and PA Services Manager, you will have a focus on streamlining processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

*         Ownership of HR processes and identification of opportunities for process improvement.

*         Lead process redesign initiatives for both HR operations and PA services.

*         Management of the outsourced payroll provider services.

*         Collaborate with HR technology providers to identify, implement, and optimise HR technology solutions that support the HR operations model.

*         Explore technology solutions to optimise workflow and create flexible working practices for PA services.

*         Oversee data security, privacy, and integrity in HR systems.

*         Ensure HR services are responsive, engaging, and tailored to meet colleagues’ needs.

*         Effectively manage all recruitment, employee relations and workforce needs for PA services.

*         Collaborate with other departments to create an integrated approach to HR operations.

*         Manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

*         Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to define clear roles, performance expectations and development / career opportunities for PA services.

*         Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members.

*         Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.

*         Ensure HR practices are in line with all employment law updates and regulations.

 

Person Profile

 

*         You are an experienced HR professional with a focus on process improvement and service excellence .You will have at least  five years' HR management experience.

*         You have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

*         You possess in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

*         You are a strong communicator, problem solver and project manager.

*         You have experience in working with HR systems. Working knowledge of People XD (formerly CoreHR) is an advantage.

*         You have change management experience to lead and drive transformation initiatives.

*         You operate with agility in a fast-paced environment and can work with cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of risk awareness.

*         You can work under pressure and to strict deadlines, while maintaining a clear focus on quality and efficiency.

*         Experience working in a professional services organisation is an advantage.
